Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least five years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience supporting large multi-site workforce required
  • Strong background in employee relations and policy interpretation
  • HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
