Key Requirements

• B.S., M.S., Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics or Materials Science
• 10+ years scientific/engineering experience in Microelectronics/Semiconductor Industry
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process module
• Understanding of on-wafer defect and material characterization
