  • The Engineer II acts as a key resource for escalated issues, provides mentorship to junior staff, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards like FDA and CLIA.
  • Candidates will work in a purpose-driven culture supporting cancer prevention and detection while managing up to 65% of their time on technical service tasks.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years relevant experience in service programs
  • Hands-on experience with electrical circuits and diagrams
  • Experience interpreting mechanical assembly drawings
  • Knowledge of FDA, CLIA, ISO, and OSHA regulations
  • Ability to perform root cause investigations
  • Experience mentoring junior technicians

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS)
  • Background in Digital Pathology Imaging
  • Familiarity with liquid handling robots
  • Experience in cGMP environments
  • Knowledge of robotics and control systems

Key Requirements
