• Comprehensive expertise in global aesthetics and medical device markets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• MBA or master’s degree in marketing (or equivalent) is a strong advantage
• Experience managing business unit budgets with full P&L accountability
• Minimum two years of leading and executing robust marketing strategies
• High proficiency in data analysis and market research
• Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports
• Ability to travel overnight as needed, estimated up to 30%
