Job Summary

  • The Alpha Cash Services Client Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing client communication, requirements analysis, data collection and training.
  • Managing the Alpha implementation and onboarding plan, project timelines, testing and post-go-live efforts for several simultaneous client implementations.
  • Provide technical analysis and advice to clients (internal and external) on current and future state data-centric operating models.
