This role leads the end-to-end private equity fund accounting function, owning platform, process, people, and client service pillars to deliver accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance at scale.

US GAAP and IFRS financial reporting
capital activity operations management
fund accounting technology platform ownership
regulatory compliance including AIFMD and FATCA
team leadership across multiple locations
waterfall and carried interest calculations

Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement
cross-jurisdictional fund structures experience

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance
CPA or ACA certification preferred
14+ years private equity fund accounting experience
deep knowledge of ASC 946/820 and waterfall mechanics
