This role serves as the key liaison to external auditors for complex matters including acquisitions, divestitures, debt, and derivative transactions while ensuring strict SOX compliance.

8 years progressive work experience
Public company or public accounting firm experience
Expertise in GAAP and SEC reporting
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Leadership of technical accounting decisions
Nice-to-have
Ability to collaborate across multiple departments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Workiva and PeopleSoft systems
Big 4 firm background preferred
MBA or MA in finance/accounting
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
8 years relevant experience or 6 years with MBA/MA
US work authorization required for US Foods employee application
