Salary

Base: $25.38 - $37.23; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program and overtime pay available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) with match, and 10 days holidays plus PTO.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 7 years of maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic pressure systems expertise
  • Solid trouble-shooting skills for production equipment
  • Basic electrical knowledge and aptitude

Nice-to-have

  • Associates degree preferred
  • Experience with CMMS and building automation systems
  • Ability to train associates on production equipment
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Willingness to work independently

Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent education
  • 7 years of commercial, industrial, or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of refrigeration and mechanical systems
