Salary

Must-have

  • 12+ years in Supplier or Manufacturing Quality
  • 6+ years people management experience
  • Deep expertise in battery and PWBA/SMT quality
  • Failure Analysis (FA) and Corrective Actions (CA)
  • Supplier Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • GRR, SPC, 8D, FMEA, and DOE tools

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with EE components and modules
  • Advanced degree in Engineering
  • Strong communication with senior leadership
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years experience in Quality/Reliability Engineering
  • At least 6 years of people management experience
  • BS in Engineering required; advanced degree preferred
  • Hands-on expertise in high-volume consumer electronics environment
