Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized solutions for every guest.
Responsibilities include providing outstanding guest service, ensuring products are easy to see and buy, building sales through product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
This position supervises Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager and is eligible for incentive programs, health benefits, paid time off, 401(k), and employee discount.
