Job Summary
Our School Social Worker will help parents, students and school staff identify needs that interfere with learning, and work with students and families to get the services they need.
They must be effective at working with teachers, young children, and collaborating with a dynamic school leadership team, other team members, parents, service providers, volunteers and partners.
