Salary
Base: $38.20 - $57.30; Bonus/Equity: $10,000 Sign on Bonus for full time; Benefits: Health and welfare benefits, Paid Time Off, retirement plans, Educational Assistance

Key Requirements
Master's Degree in Speech Pathology
3 years of experience in speech therapy
Speech-Language Pathology license (Wisconsin)
Valid driver's license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (within 6 months)
