Job Summary
AIA is seeking a professional to accelerate AIA Singapore’s sustainability agenda and align with Group’s direction as well as Singapore Green Plan 2030.
This position spans AIA Singapore, its subsidiaries, and branches, where sustainability is increasingly integrated with customer experience, regulatory compliance, innovative solutions, product design, investment strategies, community engagement, short-term action plans, and long-term business resilience.
You will also lead AIA’s ESG Strategy in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across five key pillars: Health & Wellness, Sustainable Investment, Sustainable Operations, People & Culture, and Effective Governance.
