Primary responsibilities include configuring and implementing complex wide area network and local area network changes and providing technical support to customers who rely on DIT’s network services.
The Network Support team manages implementation and configuration of network infrastructure (WAN, LAN, WLAN), including routers, DSL, data circuits, and switches.
