  • BS/BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • CPA or CA Certification
  • 5+ years public accounting experience
  • Experience leading teams
  • Experience mentoring associates
  • Knowledge of GAAP, GAAS and FASB
  • 4 years team lead or in-charge experience
