  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 2 years’ experience
  • 4 years’ experience in project management
  • Experience managing large cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data, KPIs, and ROI
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to operational rigor
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience
  • 3 years’ project management experience
