Must-have

  • Prior consulting experience highly preferred
  • Academic medical center exposure strongly preferred
  • Strong ability to translate concepts into education
  • Experience with Epic, Meditech, or Cerner EMRs

Key Requirements

  • 4-8 years of CDI specialist or coding experience
  • Current CCDS, CCS, or CDIP certification required
  • Bachelor's degree in RN, BSN, RHIA, RHIT, or similar
  • Legal right to work in US without sponsorship
