Key Requirements

  • Level II: Four years experience as Registered Medical Technologist OR Bachelor's degree and four years experience as licensed medical practitioner OR six years experience as licensed practical nurse OR five years experience as registered nurse OR Bachelor's degree in nursing and four years experience as registered nurse OR four years professional experience as licensed social worker.
  • Level III: Six years experience as Registered Medical Technologist OR Bachelor's degree and six years experience as licensed medical practitioner OR eight years experience as licensed practical nurse OR seven years experience as registered nurse OR Bachelor's degree in nursing and six years experience as registered nurse OR six years professional experience as licensed social worker.
  • Must successfully complete all training and obtain certification (federal/state) for Nursing Facilities, including Surveyor Minimum Qualification Training (SMQT) within one year of hire date.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
