Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-7 years Planogram Management experience
Expertise in JDA Space Planning or Tana Power
Syndicated data budget ownership and agency management
Proficiency with Power BI visualization tools
End-to-end POG project execution for APAC retailers
Nice-to-have
Python, SQL, SPSS working knowledge
Entrepreneurial mindset as individual contributor
Experience training non-technical audiences
Multi-country APAC environment experience
Fluent English verbal and written communication
Key Requirements
Minimum bachelor's degree in Business or Analytics
Master's degree preferred
Must be based in Bangkok, Bangalore, Jakarta, or Taguig
Proven experience creating technical training materials
