Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Paper Science
  • 3 years industrial experience in high-speed consumer product manufacturing
  • Statistical process control and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Root cause analysis of breakdowns and chronic issues
  • Adherence to critical process parameters and centerlining
