Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4+ years industrial manufacturing experience
Troubleshoot PLCs robots and VFDs
Read electrical schematics and CAD drawings
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
Maintain CMMS records and documentation
Nice-to-have
Trade school or apprenticeship credentials
Mentor and train other technicians
Coordinate with contractors and vendors
Continuous improvement initiatives
Experience with vision systems and sensors
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
4+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
Trade school, apprenticeship, or journeyman credentials preferred
