We are a team of dynamic and driven professionals responsible for the 360° relationship of our Services Partners to ensure they are empowered to help sell, deliver quality deployments and innovate with Workday, driving additional market opportunity and happier, engaged customers.
The Partner Manager ensures relationships between Partners and Workday are positioned in an outstanding and differentiated light, allowing Workday to achieve its strategic business objectives and drive new subscription revenue and grow customer success.

Salary
Base: $116,600 USD - $174,900 USD; Bonus/Equity: Role may be eligible for bonus plan or commission/bonus and annual stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements
4+ years experience as an SI Partner Manager
4+ years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Channel Management
4+ years experience recruiting and growing partnerships
Experience implementing key partner programs
Proven track record of supporting go-to-market initiatives
