Elicit requirements using various methods
Analyze and map business processes (As Is / Should Be)
Produce UI mockup screens and use cases
Support quality assurance with functional testing

Knowledge of Microsoft Visio
Experience with data visualization tools
Working knowledge in Figma
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or equivalent
Business Analyst Certification (CBAP) preferred
At least 5 years of Business Analyst experience
Experience in Financial Services industry
Experience in proxy advisory services/corporate governance/sustainability research
