The role will see you accountable for managing all contractual, claims, disputes, financial and project controls aspects of the project, ensuring key obligations and objectives are met and complied with.
Utilising your advanced commercial negotiation skills to successfully resolve contractual issues, disputed claims, and variations in a collaborative and strategic manner.
We are seeking a highly experienced and energetic Regional Commercial Manager with proven business acumen gained from your firsthand experience in large infrastructure projects/ programs of work (>$300 million/ >$100m p.a) environments.
