Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3+ years managing cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years inspecting aircraft parts
  • Experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards
  • Knowledge of Boeing Quality Management System
  • Ability to make airworthiness determinations

Nice-to-have

  • 787 Program experience preferred
  • Supply Chain or Project Management background
  • Strong stakeholder consensus building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Key Requirements

  • U.S. Person status required for export control compliance
  • 3+ years management experience in product development
  • 5+ years experience inspecting aerospace components
