This position partners with SAP COE, PMO, and business owners to define and execute a change narrative that aligns with business outcomes and user impact, ensuring smooth adoption of maintenance and enhancement initiatives.
The role includes establishing a communications operating model, enabling leaders as communicators, and supporting organizational culture initiatives related to digital adoption and transformation mindset.
