  • The Facilities Performance Mechanic is assigned to maintain and repair utility meters, HVAC, lighting, electrical, building automation, and devices that acquire data from these systems.
  • The mechanic will develop skills to use computers and mobile devices to program, operate, test, and calibrate electrical and HVAC metering devices.
  • Incumbent is deemed an Essential employee subject to a 24-hour day, 7-day week span of operation.
