Job Summary

  • Ensure event staff are in their assigned roles and check placement of security screening devices and ticket scanners.
  • Oversee check-in and check-out of all guest experience staff, including uniform and equipment distribution, and respond to and record proper documentation for any incidents that occur.
  • Assist guests with customer concerns, including ticket resolution, and assist with traffic and parking management, as necessary.
