Job Summary

  • Qualify and train employees on the production system and empower the organization to implement model value streams through Lean activities.
  • Conduct improvement projects according to lean production principles, moderate workshops, and create transparency through the global development of operational KPIs.
  • Support employees in developing the RRPS production system and act as a point of contact for Lean Management questions in productive areas.
