Candidates will receive a total compensation package ranging from $300,000 to $324,000, including equity, bonus, and comprehensive benefits like company-paid life insurance.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-12+ years progressive HR experience
Employee relations and conflict resolution expertise
Experience in creative or production environments
Ability to coach senior executives and leaders
Willingness to travel regularly to Greenville NC
