Base: $81,200-$121,700; Bonus/Equity: Target incentive based on performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), pension, stock purchase plan

Must-have
Liquid-to-liquid cooling applications expertise
CDU and technical cooling systems knowledge
Startup and commissioning of cooling infrastructure
Mechanical operation of data center cooling
Training field teams and customers on systems
Nice-to-have
Experience in wastewater or water operations
Strong understanding of critical facility redundancy
Ability to interface with non-technical stakeholders
Experience in fast-paced startup environments
Key Requirements
Associate's degree required
5 years related experience in cooling infrastructure
Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR
Reside within or commutable to Abilene, TX
