Must-have
12+ years software engineering experience
5+ years Python development
5+ years production ML autonomous systems
Agentic framework expertise Langchain CrewAI
Adversarial agent security testing
Nice-to-have
Experience with Langraph or ADK frameworks
Familiarity with MCP servers and AI gateways
Hands-on containerization Docker Kubernetes
Knowledge of Amazon Bedrock or Google ADK
Experience with Cursor or Claude Code tools
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer related field or equivalent
12+ years total software engineering experience
5+ years designing production ML/autonomous systems
