BeiGene is seeking a Senior Manager of Consolidations & Reporting to join their Corporate Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, strong analytical skills, and a passion for contributing to the fight against cancer

Job Summary

  • Manage the month-end close and consolidation process, including preparation and review of consolidation adjustments such as profit-in-inventory adjustments, monitoring intercompany balancing, preparing equity rollforward, statement of cash flows, balance sheet, P&L, and related analytical reviews.
  • Support the accounting for consolidation matters, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Support SEC and regulatory filings by preparing consolidated financial data, schedules, and supporting documentation, including parent company standalone financial statements.
