Key Requirements
5-10 years as Estimator, Cost Manager or similar
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings
Ability to generate AACE level 1-5 cost evaluations
Ability to lead teams and interact with clients
