Job Summary
This role is responsible for delivering the Corporate accounting for Greystar Europe, including monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
The incumbent will manage compliance reporting, including timely completion of all EU country VAT submissions and quarterly tax provisioning processes.
Candidates must have strong technical accounting experience and be able to lead external audits across UK and European entities.

Must-have
ACA CIMA ACCA qualified accountant
UK and EU payroll accounting knowledge
US GAAP and real estate sector experience
Year end audit process leadership
VAT submissions and tax provisioning

Experience with offshore shared services team
Strong presentation of financial information
Methodical and organised approach to work
Positive can do attitude and desire to learn
Key Requirements
ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified accountant
Experience leading year end audit processes
Working knowledge of GAAPs within Real Estate sector
