Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and established policies.
You will perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical tasks, as well as maintain the appearance and safety of the facility and grounds.
You must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and report any suspected unauthorized disclosures promptly.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10th grade education

Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts
Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
