The role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident information, assisting residents with daily functions, and reporting any changes or incidents promptly to supervisors.
Employees are expected to cooperate with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and to participate in regular nursing shift meetings to improve service quality.
