Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for proactively identifying and investigating cases of misconduct—among Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), reviewing their performance data, and ensuring alignment with internal control standards.
  • Conduct unannounced field inspections and validation exercises to verify BRM claims, agent status, and compliance with policies.

Key Requirements

  • Ability to speak Hausa, Igbo or Yoruba
