Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Fluency in English and French
Minimum two years IT support experience
ServiceNow IT Enterprise Platform knowledge
Microsoft 365 and Windows environment expertise
Onsite factory IT/OT asset support
Cybersecurity incident response capabilities
Nice-to-have
ITIL 4 practices knowledge
Lean Six Sigma methodology familiarity
Proactive solution-oriented mindset
Experience with MES hardware systems
Vendor collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Work authorization for Canada required
Formal qualification or apprenticeship in IT
Fluency in both English and French
Two years minimum professional IT support experience
