Key Requirements

  • Over 10 years’ construction management experience
  • IRSE Engineering Manager (Installation) experience
  • Familiarity in 7.8.110B v3 standards
  • Strong understanding of rail procedures
  • Network Rail requirements knowledge
  • Proven contract management experience across NEC3 and NEC4
  • Demonstrated health & safety competence covering CDM, RAMS, and site assurance
  • Experienced in collaborating with multiple rail discipline interfaces
  • Skilled in implementing and managing specific safety controls
  • Holds IOSH/CITB safety qualifications
  • Competent in safety-critical roles including PTS, IWA, and COSS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Comprehensive knowledge of rail industry rules and regulations
