Agile delivery methodologies
SQL and database knowledge
Incident and service request management
Vendor management and communication
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of ITIL
Financial knowledge in Transfer Agency or Fund Administration
Experience with Purefunds, Mantra, TCube, Paxus or Efront
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Motivated and driven
Ability to work within Agile ceremonies
Key Requirements
1 – 3 years experience in a support role
Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies desirable
