Job Summary

• The position is responsible for seeing that the facilities are maintained in proper working order at all times and that repairs and maintenance are performed quickly, correctly and efficiently.
• Assist employees and customers in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner, sort, pick up and deliver mail/packages/boxes by various buildings and floors of the building within schedule.
