Job Summary

• This position includes assisting teams on real estate acquisitions and underwriting, Rent Roll Analysis, working on financials models for the valuation of real estate properties, creating Argus models, DCFs and Audit of in-house and broker based models.
• As a full-time employee, compliance with the workplace policy means working with your direct manager to create a schedule where you will work in your designated office at least three days a week, with two days working outside an Invesco office.
