The Wilmington Convention Center is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to solicit catering business, develop proposals, and enhance the catering menu, ensuring exceptional event execution and guest experience. Job Summary
The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for soliciting catering business for the Wilmington Convention Center, developing food and beverage proposals, updating and enhancing the catering menu, preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s), and communicating client requirements clearly and accurately to the Food & Beverage team and other internal departments to support successful event execution and a strong guest experience.
