  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build recruitment plans, and align on timelines.
  • Achieve target metrics for number of hires, time-to-fill, aging of requisitions, source effectiveness, and pipeline conversion rates.

Key Requirements

  • Proficient with Candidate Relationship Management
