Winona State University is seeking a full-time Shipping & Receiving Clerk responsible for managing the receiving and dispersing of freight on campus. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and physical ability to handle packages, along with maintaining inventory records

Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary receiving and dispersing clerk for freight delivered to the Facilities Services loading dock, requiring accuracy and attention to detail when organizing and writing up freight for campus distribution.
  • Serve as the primary consumable inventory storeroom clerk for over 70 Facilities Services employees, managing inventory levels, stocking, and checkout processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting mail room and purchasing duties, delivering supplies, picking up mail, and assisting with hazardous waste disposal and snow removal.
