The Health Care Aide provides personal care and performs selected tasks under the direction of the Director of Health & Wellness while adhering to regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, observing and reporting on condition changes, and escalating medical emergencies as appropriate.
