Job Summary

  • Attend to walk-in parents and customers while managing multiple communication channels including phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
  • Assist with student registration, course enquiries, payment collection, and support teachers with materials and attendance.
  • Work a rotating 5-day work week including weekends with weekday hours from 11:00AM to 9:00PM and weekend hours from 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
