DEPT® is seeking a part-time Legal Counsel specializing in Commercial Contracts for their EMEA operations in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified lawyer with strong German language skills, and experience in commercial law, particularly in the digital marketing or technology sectors

Job Summary

  • Support DEPT®’s business across EMEA with a focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
  • Act as a pragmatic business partner, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives and providing clear, pragmatic legal advice to business stakeholders.
