  • Experience with ServiceNow GenAI capabilities
  • Proven track record managing automation portfolios
  • Ability to translate business problems to AI solutions
  • Knowledge of responsible AI governance principles

Nice-to-have

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification
  • Agile Product Owner (CSPO) certification
  • Background in ITIL-based shared services environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate tools
  • Strong collaboration with engineers and architects

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in automation, AI, or digital product management
  • 2+ years managing automation portfolios with measurable ROI
  • Experience implementing solutions on ServiceNow or similar platforms
  • Certifications in ServiceNow AI/Automation Engine or Agile preferred
